Outbound Call Summary

The Outbound Call Summary report provides a summary of statistics for the outbound calls made by the selected agents for the selected time interval. Columns featured are Total Calls, Dialing, Talking, and Call Duration.

The Outbound Call Summary is a Time Interval report. This means that the report lists performance-related outbound call statistics for various time intervals (i.e., hours of day, minutes of hour, days of week, months of year, etc.). The desired time interval can be selected when running the report. The default time interval for this report is "Hours of Day."

Column Descriptions


Time Interval

On this report, the default time interval is "Hours of Day." However, this column will display the time interval selected when running the report.


Total Calls

Shows the total number of outbound calls made by the selected agents during the selected time interval


Total Dialing Duration

Shows the total duration of all dialing events associated with the selected agents during the selected time interval


Avg Dialing Duration

Shows the average duration of all dialing events associated with the selected agents during the selected time interval


Total Talking Duration

Shows the total duration of all talking events associated with the selected agents during the selected time interval


Avg Talking Duration

Shows the average duration of all talking events associated with the selected agents during the selected time interval


Total Call Duration

This shows the total amount of time between when the call started and ended. This is how long the call lasted.


Avg Call Duration

Shows the average call duration for all outbound calls made by the selected agents during the selected time interval
