Feature Report Metric Definitions
This article is a comprehensive list of available values and their definitions that you may choose from when creating a custom Feature report.
Agent
This value shows the agent associated with the given feature.

Duration
This value shows the total duration of the given feature.
For a list of filter definitions for Duration, see the Report Filter Criteria report.
Enabled
This value shows whether the given feature was enabled or disabled.
Features are enabled when the feature becomes active (e.g. the agent logs into a group). Features become disabled when that feature becomes inactive (e.g. the agent logs out of that group).

End Time
This value shows the date and time that the given feature ended.
This value can be configured to your desired day/time format.
Examples:
- Oct 7, 2019 3:11:26 pm (This is the default format)
- 5:13:37 pm
- 10/7/2019

Feature ID
This value shows the unique ID assigned by Chronicall to the given feature.

Feature Type
This value shows the name of each feature. Features consist of phone activities such as Extension/Group login, Do Not Disturb, etc.

Group
This value displays the group associated with the feature. This will typically only apply to login/out type features.

Reason Code
This value shows the reason code associated with the feature initiated by the agent. Reason codes are a description as to why a user is performing a particular feature (i.e. DND, Group/Extension logout, etc.) To learn more about Reason Codes, see this article.
Note: Reason codes are associated with the Agent Dashboards module and requires the associated module license. This means that if the Agent Dashboards license has been purchased and reason codes have been configured, then this column will display the reason code. If the Agent Dashboards license has not been purchased, the Reason Code column will be left blank.

Start Time
This value shows the date and time that the given feature started.
This value can be configured to your desired day/time format.
Examples:
- Oct 7, 2019 3:11:26 pm (This is the default format)
- 5:13:37 pm
- 10/7/2019

Value 1
This shows internal data regarding the given feature. This data changes depending on the feature type.
Group Login:
Shows the group that the agent entered/exited.
Ready:
Shows for which group the agent is ready.
Other Types:
Blank

Value 2
This shows internal data regarding the given feature. This data changes depending on the feature type.
