The Tag Summary report works in conjunction with the tags set up within your phone system. A Tag can be used as a call identifier, such as which group was selected when making the call, the purpose of the call (e.g., bill pay, appointment scheduled, just as a few examples), etc. This report displays a summary of the tag(s) selected at run time. Columns featured on this report will display total calls, outbound calls, internal calls, and talking/call durations.
This report is a summary report. This means that each tag selected will be displayed on its own line next to the specific statistics for the given report.
Shows the total number of calls associated with the given tag
This shows the number of outbound calls associated with the given tag. An outbound call is a call that originated inside of your phone system and dialed out to a number outside of your phone system.
This shows the number of internal calls associated with the given tag. An internal call is a call that originated inside of your phone system and another extension inside of your phone system.
Total Talking Duration
Shows the total talking duration of all talking events associated with the given tag
Total Call Duration
Shows the total, maximum, minimum, or average duration of all calls associated with the given tag
