Station and Agent Calls Report

The Station and Agent Calls report is a list of every phone call for the selected stations and agents for a selected time frame. This report is a Detailed report, which means that every line of the report represents one phone call.

In addition to being a Detailed report, it is sub-grouped by agents. This means that the report will be broken down into an individual mini report for each of the selected agents. If viewing this report in the HTML view (version 4.2 and higher), click "open," which is located at the end of the column of each agent. You will then be able to easily see which calls are associated with which agents.

Column Descriptions


Call

This column displays the Call ID for each call. A Call ID is an ID number that corresponds to the calls within the Chronicall database.


Call Direction

This column shows whether the given call was an inbound, outbound, or internal call.


Calling Party Number

This column shows the phone number associated with whoever initiated the call.

  • For outbound and internal calls, this shows the extension of the calling agent.
  • For inbound calls, this shows the phone number (provided by the service provider) that is associated with whoever called in

Call Location

This column shows the name of the city and state/province/country from which the external party is calling or receiving the call.


Is Answered

This column shows a check mark if the given call was answered; shows blank if the call was not answered.


Talking Duration

This column shows the total duration of all talking events in the given call.


Start Time

This column shows the date and time that the given call started. (Format: 21 Apr 2011 17:13:37)
