Storage Pools

When creating a storage pool, make sure that you create it on a drive that has more than adequate storage. Please see our server specifications article for recommendations.

Recording Rules

Create only a few, simple recording rules, if possible, and label them appropriately. Creating complicated rules can obfuscate who is actually set to be recorded. An example of this would be if you set up a rule called “Inbound Call Recording” and select the correct agents while specifying only to record inbound direction calls.
