  • Some - This implies that the call recording belongs to more than one campaign and some of them have been scored, however there are remaining campaigns to score.
  • All - This signifies that the recording has been scored for each of the campaigns to which it pertains.

Scorecard Points of Interest

Answering Questions:

  • When answering questions on your scorecard, all "Yes/No" and "Scale of 1-10" questions must be answered. If they are not, you will not be able to proceed.
  • Text questions do not have to be answered.

Evaluating Multiple Recordings:

  • When scoring calls, if you do not check the "Score Next" box next to "Submit Survey," then the Scorecard will close when you hit Submit Survey meaning you will have to reopen it to score another call.
  • When you finish scoring a call, if you would like to be taken directly to the next call to score, make sure that you have the "Score Next" box checked. This will allow you to score call after call.
