Software Administration Best Practices
- Add applicable email addresses to be notified when key events happen in Admin > Alerts and Triggers > Standard Alerts. These alerts include being notified if an agent dials an emergency number, the concurrent count of licenses has been exceeded, etc.
- Create unique User Accounts for all those accessing Xima for reports, Realtime, and settings changes. Audit logs are a great way to track activity of software users, but only if the accounts used are properly named to identify the user.
