Agent Dashboards Best Practices
- Consider creating a few Agent Dashboards widgets so that your agents can keep track of important data.
- If your agents are also licensed Contact Center agents, consider using the Contact Center Agent Client (CCAC) that is available in version 4.0 and above. This will not require installation of the Agent Dashboards client, which is a boon to customers with strict computer installation policies or large agent count.
