Licensed Skills-Based Agents

The Contact Center (Multimedia) module requires that the Licensed Skills-Based Agent be assigned a Realtime Agent Seat license, Agent Dashboards license, and a Skills-Based Agent license.

Assigning Skills-Based Agent Seat License

If you have purchased the Chronicall Multimedia module, you will need to assign the Chronicall Skills-Based Agent seat license to the desired agents. Once the agent has been assigned the Skills-Based Agent seat license, they can then be configured as part of a Skill.

To Assign Skills-Based Agent Seat License

  1. In the Chronicall Main Menu, go to the "Agent Management" section and select "Licensed Voice Agents."
  2. You should now see a window that says "Select Agents," followed by a list of the extensions/agents that have been pulled over from your phone system.

  1. You will now be able to select the agents to whom you would like to assign the Skills-Based Agent seat license. By default, you will be selecting individual agents. You can also do entire groups by dropping the drop down box from "View by Agent" to "View by Group."

Once you've selected the desired agents, hit "Okay," and your licenses are now assigned.
