Purpose: to provide the necessary requirements that must be met when logging call data while using Microsoft Teams Integration with IP Office

Requirements

When using Microsoft Teams Integration with IP Office, Chronicall will log call data as long as the following requirements are met:

1. Calls are routed through the trunk that exists on IP Office.
2. Users have an extension and exist within the IP Office configuration.
3. Users are licensed accordingly within Chronicall.

These requirements only apply to IP Office and must be adhered to when using Microsoft Teams Integration with IP Office.
