HTML Chronicall Realtime Metric Definitions

This article is a comprehensive list of available metrics and their definitions that you may choose from when creating a custom Realtime wallboard in the HTML version of Chronicall. The use of these metrics to create a custom wallboard requires the Chronicall Realtime Agent Seat license.

Note: The HTML version of Chronicall is currently only available for clients on the Avaya IP Office phone system.
