Agent Outbound Summary
The Agent Outbound Summary report is an Agent Summary report. This means that the report will display one line per agent selected and displays a summary of their various outbound call statistics.
It's important to know that in situations where the calling agent is logged into multiple Hunt groups simultaneously, Chronicall will not be able to distinguish which outbound calls belong to which Hunt groups. However, if you have purchased the Agent Dashboards module, when making an outbound call, a licensed Agent Dashboards agent will be presented the option to select for which Hunt group the call is being made.
Column Descriptions
Agent
- Displays the names of the selected agents in alphabetical order.
Total Calls
- Shows the total number of outbound phone calls wherein the agent(s) participated.
Total Call Duration
- The total duration (start to finish) of all calls wherein the agent(s) participated.
Total Dialing Duration
- The combined total duration of all dialing events for the agent.
Avg Dialing Duration
The average duration of all ringing events for the agent.
Total Talking Duration
The combined total duration of all talking events for the agent.
Avg Talking Duration
The average duration of talking events for the agent.
