App Fails to Launch After Installation
I've run the installer, but it won't bring up the configuration page.
This Is Usually a Local File Issue
This is commonly the result of running the Apps & Features uninstall and the system not removing specific files.
Steps

After selecting Uninstall from Apps & Features for Chronicall Desktop, check the following locations to see if any Chronicall Desktop files remain:
C:\Users\[User that downloaded the Desktop function]- Is there still a .chronicall folder? If so, delete this folder.
C:\Users\[User that downloaded the Desktop function]\AppData\Local- Is there a Chronicall Desktop folder there? If so, delete this folder.

Try running the install function one final time afterward. If it still fails, reach out to us.
