Event Report Metric Definitions

This article is a comprehensive list of available values and their definitions that you may choose from when creating a custom Event report.

Agent

This value shows the agent who is credited with the given event. If two agents are part of this event then it is given to the calling agent.

CDR Column Value

This value is specific to Cisco users and will show additional CDR metadata pulled from the Cisco phone system.

Call ID

This value shows the unique ID that Chronicall assigned to the given event.

A Call ID is an ID number that corresponds to the calls within the database.

Calling Party

This value shows the phone number or the extension that initiated the given event.

  • For outbound, internal, and intersite calls, this shows the extension of the calling agent.
  • For inbound calls, this shows the phone number (provided by the service provider) that is associated with whoever called in.

End Time

This value shows the date and time that the given event ended.

This value can be configured to your desired day/time format.

Examples:

  • Oct 7, 2019 3:11:26 pm (This is the default format)
  • 5:13:37 pm
  • 10/7/2019

Event Duration

This value shows the total duration of the given event.

Event Type

This value shows the type of event the given event (e.g. Talking, Ringing, etc.)

Group

Shows the hunt group that was associated with the given event. If the event was not associated with a hunt group this column will be blank.

Is Conference

This value shows a check-mark if the event was part of a conference call. Shows blank if the event was not part of a conference call.

Is Recorded

This value shows a check-mark if the event was part of a recorded call. Shows blank if the event was not part of a recorded call.

Receiving Party

This value shows the phone number or the extension that handled the event.

Start Time

This value shows the date and time that the event started.

This value can be configured to your desired day/time format.

Examples:

  • Oct 7, 2019 3:11:26 pm (This is the default format)
  • 5:13:37 pm
  • 10/7/2019

Tag

This value shows the tag that was associated with the given event. If there is no tag associated with the event this column will be blank.

Note: Tags must first be configured in IP Office Manager.
