Trunk

List of trunks, including channels for PRI trunks

Call Count

Total calls passing through the trunk, regardless of direction

Inbound Call Count

Total inbound calls passing through the trunk

---

Outbound Call Count

Total outbound calls passing through the trunk

Total Trunk Duration

Shows the total amount of time the trunk or channel was in use

---

Total Inbound Trunk Duration

Shows total time the trunk or channel was used for inbound calls

---

Total Outbound Trunk Duration

Shows total time the trunk or channel was used for outbound calls

Max Simultaneous Calls

Shows the maximum number of calls that were using the given trunk simultaneously

---

Max Trunk Saturation

This shows the maximum percentage of channels in the trunk that were used simultaneously. This also shows a percentage equal to maximum simultaneous calls divided by the number of channels in the trunk.

Percent Utilization

If “Show Channels” is selected, this column shows the percentage of time the channel was used in comparison to the other channels in the trunk. If “Hide Channels” is selected, this column shows the percentage of time the trunk was used in comparison to other trunks.
