Trunk Usage Summary
The Trunk Usage Summary report is a summary report. This means that each selected trunk will appear on its own line next to its own statistics. This report displays summary statistics for the overall trunk usage. Columns displayed on this report feature total call count, inbound/outbound call count, total trunk duration, total inbound/outbound trunk duration, and max trunk saturation.

Field Descriptions
Trunk
Displays the list of selected trunks, including channels for PRI trunks
Call Count
Shows total calls passing through the trunk (includes both inbound and outbound calls)
Inbound Call Count
Shows the total number of inbound calls passing through the trunk
Outbound Call Count
Shows the total number of outbound calls passing through the trunk
Total Trunk Duration
Shows the total amount of time the trunk or channel was in use
Total Inbound Trunk Duration
Shows the total time the trunk or channel was used for inbound calls
Total Outbound Trunk Duration
Shows total time the trunk or channel was used for outbound calls
Max Trunk Saturation
This shows the maximum percentage of channels in the trunk that were used simultaneously. This also shows a percentage equal to maximum simultaneous calls divided by the number of channels in the trunk.
