Queued Summary by Group

The Queued Summary by Group report provides summarized group queue statistics for the selected group. The report will display group statistics for number of queued calls, total, average, and maximum queue duration.

The Queued Summary by Group report is a Summary report. This means that each group selected will be displayed on its own individual line next to its specific statistics for the given report.

Column Descriptions

Group

Displays the names of the selected phone system groups in alphabetical order

Queued Calls

Shows the total number of calls in queue associated with the given group

Total Queue Duration

Shows the total duration of all queue events associated with the given group

Avg Queue Duration Per Call

Shows the average duration of all queue events associated with the given group

Max Queue Duration

Shows the maximum duration of all queue events associated with the given group
