Queued Calls by Group

Overview

This report lists the calls that went to a queue. The hunt groups you select for this report will be split into their own sections, with that hunt group's queued calls listed underneath. Calls will enter a hunt group's queue and wait to be answered when all of the agents in that hunt group are busy or unavailable. It is important to note that a queue and a hunt group are two separate but related concepts
