How to Setup a Call Cost Profile

1. From within Chronicall, navigate to System Settings > Basic Settings> Call Cost Profiles.
2. Click the ... to open the Call Cost Profiles dialog box.
3. To Add a new profile, click Add, otherwise select your existing Profile and click Edit.
4. Complete the new Call Cost Record

Call Cost Fields

Title

Name of your Call Cost Profile.

Currency Format

You can modify the currency format based on your country's currency.

Default Rate

The Rate per Minute the calls will be set to cost if you do not set any other rates.

Rate

This is where you define what you want the rate to be.
