Overview

This report allows you to see inbound calls that came to specific local numbers. These can be main lines, agent direct lines, or any other number dialed by an external party to reach your phone system. See Advanced Criteria Editor for more information on choosing criteria for this report. Entering no criteria will match all local numbers. Any number found in your database that matches the criteria will be listed as its own section in the report, with the individual calls listed out in the rows beneath.
