Overview

This report lists each of the local numbers that were dialed by external parties to reach your phone system, along with general information about each one, such as the number of calls that were answered or abandoned and the average call duration. These local numbers can include main line numbers or direct agent numbers. See Advanced Criteria Editor for more information on choosing criteria for this report. Entering no criteria will match all local numbers.
