Overview

This report is similar to the Cradle to Grave view, in that it lists the details of every call that passed through your phone switch. Each call is expanded into its own section, listing the call's events as rows below. Each row lists the event type, duration, calling and receiving parties, and associated hunt group. This report can easily span many pages, so it is recommended that you run this report for no more than one day at time, depending on your call volume.
