Changed

  • Audio delay after DTMF detection now live updates and is configurable
  • Better SIP synchronization, by starting new files if there is more than half a second of silence that would be inserting
  • Changed Cisco to poll yesterday and today by default. This is beneficial when time zones don't match
  • Changed live call direction logic in relationship to Cisco recording rules
  • Default Shoretel's pollInfo flag to be true instead of false on new installs
  • Made Missed Calls, Group Speed Of Answer, and Group Wait Time take into account the new Queue and Callback offer and audio events
  • Require Reports that have sub categories to have selections for those categories
  • Show unassociated recordings in Cradle to Grave even if no calls exist in timeframe
  • Silence Detection now adds silence if sound is too short
  • Spoken numbers are now forced to be at least 3/8 s long
  • Use Loudest Row and Loudest Column instead of loudest 2 tones for DTMF decoding
  • VMPro association now doesn't try to match the party if it is a multimedia SIP extension. This makes it so that we don't have to turn on Single Party association to get those recordings
