We are excited to announce our newest release of Chronicall!

Chronicall 3.10 will have many features that will alleviate your ongoing call recording needs and provides specific measures for call recording, tracking, and managing. With this new release, we have implemented features that will provide you with the best contact solution on the market, including new Realtime Wallboards and Call Recording features.

Embedded Java

Chronicall will now come with embedded Java. It will not interfere with any existing Java and will update automatically. Embedded Java will simplify installing, updating, and supporting Chronicall.

Privacy Features

We have added new privacy tools to the latest update for Chronicall. These built-in privacy Tools give you access to export and erase data. To learn more about our Privacy tools and the GDPR go to this article.

Recording Features

We have an all-new visual timeline. You will be able to choose a specic time to listen to each call, add notes, and more. When implemented with VRTX, you can live listen to calls through the Recording Monitor.

Realtime Wallboards

We are excited to release new and enhanced Realtime Wallboards. These Wallboards will give you a chance to see what is happening Realtime and the ability to display current statistics.

Packaged Apps

All of Chronicall's apps are now packaged into one installer and will no longer require manual
updates. Included packaged apps are Recording Library, RealTime Node, Multimedia Server, and Datagrid Node.

Memory Settings

Memory will now be automatically stored according to the type of network Chronicall is currently installed on. By detecting and automatically storing memory, the new release of Chronicall simplies and regulates memory storage and settings.
