- Missed Call Action
- In both CCAC and Dashboards, the new Missed Call Action setting should now apply allowing the usual timeout (without snooze) and the new logout of skills. Upon triggering any of the responses (reenable or logout), the agent should be back in their skills. Logout should simply log the person out of CCAC or Dashboards immediately after readying them in skills. The 2 second buffer for agent readiness should prevent the person from getting calls as they are logged out.
