  • Multimedia: Decouple Agent Dashboards
  • If any agent Dashboard is used the Multimedia functionality will not change
  • If any agent does not have a Dashboard:
    • Agents must be in a skill to receive calls from Multimedia. Supervisor can put agents in and remove them from the skills through Agent Timeline
    • If the agent is "phone ready" (logged in to phone, not on DND, not on AUX, not on ACW, and not on a call) the agent is considered ready to take a call
    • When the agent finishes the call they will be put in ACW. When this expires they will be considered available for new calls unless they are set to DND
    • If the agent misses a call, MCW (Missed Call Work) will trigger and expire just like ACW
    • The manager can place the agent on, or remove agent from Multimedia DND if desired
  • Multimedia: Look before you leap
    • Added hidden setting: "Agent State Verification Enabled"
      • When it is set to "True", and agent's readiness (in Realtime) will be verified through the DevLink3 connection
      • Agents receiving phone calls when already on a phone call will no longer be a problem
  • Log Aggregator Tool:
    • Zip file now includes Recording Library logs and UCAPs
    • Uploads zipped logs to AWS
    • The log tool uploads the zip file to AWS S3. The bucket is named
      • xima-customer-logs
    • The file is not removed from the server after uploading
